Are you tired of filling out monotonous medical history forms? So was I. That's why I developed a mobile application that enables the easy emailing of medication lists, ultimately simplifying the process.

Each time I visit a new healthcare provider, I am required to complete yet another extensive and tedious medical history form. Although all seek the same fundamental details, the varying formats prevent the reuse of previously filled-out forms.

The most cumbersome part is documenting the list of medications. The challenge of transcribing lengthy and complex drug names that are often arduous to pronounce and spell is undeniable. While this information is vital for healthcare professionals, recalling and rewriting these names can be quite a hassle.

Which leads to the question: Why not utilize a user-friendly app accessible on your smartphone? Instead of repetitively transcribing identical information, this app allows you to input your medication details once and conveniently email the list whenever necessary. A straightforward solution, right?

Indeed, it is. Personally tested and proven effective, this method recently came to my aid during a visit to a new dentist (as my previous one had been consistently raising prices). When presented with the dental office's medical history form, I promptly retrieved my phone, sending my drug list to the new practitioner with just a few simple taps.

Being prepared was advantageous for me - and will be for you too, upon integrating this application into your devices. Its utility may even extend to emergency situations.
